Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI infrastructure and distributed systems for Project 2026.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large-scale neural networks to ensure maximum efficiency, accuracy, and low latency.
- Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation milestones.
- Research Implementation: Translate the latest academic research into production-grade code and deployment pipelines.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of models on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) using containerization and microservices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- System Design: Proven expertise in designing fault-tolerant, high-availability systems at scale.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
