Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects aimed at solving complex problems in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of production models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business leaders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development and bias mitigation in model training.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion: Deep interest in the trajectory of AI technology and a vision for its impact by 2026.
