Responsibilities
- Strategic AI Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure tailored for 2026 computing standards.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research, training, and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance reasoning capabilities.
- System Optimization: Drive performance optimization and efficiency improvements in deep learning frameworks and neural networks.
- MLOps Leadership: Build robust continuous integration and deployment pipelines for AI models, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
- Research Translation: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade engineering solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA; hands-on experience with distributed training and inference.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Cloud Native: Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to publish research papers or deliver innovative solutions in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
