- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model latency and inference efficiency to meet real-time processing demands.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of emerging trends in Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing to future-proof our stack.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
