Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines for 2026 production environments.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models and Large Language Models into core business workflows.
- Oversee the research and implementation of next-gen neural network architectures.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethical compliance, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency for real-time, autonomous decision-making systems.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI infrastructure projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, GNNs, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
