Nexus Horizon AI is at the forefront of the generative intelligence revolution. As we prepare for the paradigm shift of 2026, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our research and deployment of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
In this role, you won't just be maintaining existing systems; you will architect the infrastructure that powers the cognitive capabilities of our enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning breakthroughs and scalable, production-grade software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement robust, high-throughput machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data for real-time inference.
- Model Research & Development: Spearhead research into novel neural architectures, focusing on efficiency, explainability, and ethical alignment for 2026 standards.
- MLOps Leadership: Oversee the deployment lifecycle, ensuring model versioning, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated monitoring of model drift.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous standards for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage across all products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or architect-level role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures for AI workloads.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
