Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI models and neural network architectures for the Horizon 2026 platform.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for high-throughput, low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and model versioning (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
