Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, focusing on Transformer models and reinforcement learning agents.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models or computer vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; strong understanding of distributed systems and GPU acceleration.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
