Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Lead internal R&D initiatives to explore emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum Computing interfaces.
- System Optimization: Enhance model accuracy and efficiency, reducing latency and improving inference speeds for real-time applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for AI engineering.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex research into production-ready features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Specialization: Proven track record in designing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive scalable solutions using data-driven approaches.
