Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and roadmap development for AI and automation technologies, aligning with company long-term goals.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with engineering and data science teams to evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI models (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics).
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead research initiatives and pilot programs to test emerging technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate complex workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or technical leadership within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning principles, natural language processing, and large language models.
