Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize existing models for high performance, low latency, and reduced resource consumption.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and LLMs.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, including Transformers, CNNs, and RNNs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
