Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure designed to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 product launch, translating business goals into engineering milestones.
- Model Optimization: Enhance deep learning models for higher accuracy, lower latency, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, experimenting with LLMs, Generative AI, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying models on AWS or GCP using MLOps best practices.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
