Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI algorithms to improve product performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into core business applications.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of AI systems to ensure reliability and compliance with ethical standards.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI and Deep Learning to implement state-of-the-art techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
