Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust, end-to-end machine learning infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize deep learning models for high-throughput production environments, ensuring minimal latency and maximum accuracy.
- Predictive Analytics: Develop advanced forecasting models to drive strategic decision-making for our enterprise clients.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experimenting with novel architectures like Transformers and GANs to enhance product capabilities.
- Cloud Deployment: Manage the CI/CD pipeline and deploy models securely on AWS and GCP environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for data science within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of deploying scalable solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex system architectures.
