Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize neural network architectures to improve accuracy and reduce inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product and Design to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural-symbolic integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to production environments.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
