Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Deploy scalable machine learning models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical AI solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing ML pipelines to ensure high throughput, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Stay ahead of cutting-edge AI trends to propose innovative features for our 2026 roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), transformers, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
