Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of AI-driven systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 tech stack.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and system specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing codebases and infrastructure to improve computational efficiency and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with product managers to define product roadmaps aligned with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
