Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the architectural vision for AI integration, ensuring scalability and robustness for future requirements.
- Prioritize Innovation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to drive product differentiation.
- System Architecture: Design high-level system architecture that supports complex machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that are future-proof.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their potential application in AI (a plus).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
