Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with emerging technologies like Quantum Computing and Edge AI by 2026.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Drive research and development in Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning to create proprietary models.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product and executive leadership to define the technical vision and milestones for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability and latency optimization for high-volume AI inference workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape, including Quantum algorithms or advanced Edge Computing.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
