Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the company’s vision for 2026, focusing on AI, Automation, and Next-Gen Interfaces.
- Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Neuro-Symbolic AI, Edge Computing) to validate potential applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, prototyping, and deployment of innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and vendors, ensuring our infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership, translating 'Future Tech' into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic technical role (e.g., Chief Technology Officer, Head of Innovation, Architect, or Senior Engineer).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science architectures.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
