Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing integration) into our product suite.
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that power our predictive tools.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for futuristic tech stacks, validating their viability before full-scale deployment.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage a cross-functional squad of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for long-term strategic projects.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish guidelines for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency in alignment with global standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on AI/ML and future tech.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cloud Architecture: Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices design.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying emerging tech trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating a 2026 vision to diverse audiences.
