Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of handling the complexities of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Quantum interfaces, and autonomous decision-making models.
- Model Optimization: Drive performance improvements for large-scale neural networks, focusing on latency reduction and energy efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
