Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Kubernetes-based MLOps pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data ingestion and model training.
- Architect high-availability infrastructure integrating seamlessly with next-gen GPU clusters and AI accelerators.
- Implement advanced Zero Trust security protocols for proprietary AI model weights and secure data lakes.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency across hybrid multi-cloud environments.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and drive architectural best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with Research Scientists to translate theoretical models into production-grade infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in infrastructure and MLOps.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust; deep understanding of systems programming.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
- Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, high-throughput systems in cloud-native environments.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray) and high-performance computing (HPC).
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
