- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate high-level business goals into concrete, executable technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and adhere to industry standards to protect sensitive proprietary data assets.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or deep learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale technical challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
