The Role
You will act as the bridge between theoretical research and production deployment. You will define the technical vision for our AI stack, ensuring our models are not only accurate but also ethical and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation Generative AI models and fine-tuning strategies.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with a focus on security and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct research to identify emerging trends in AI for 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
