Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures capable of handling massive datasets for real-time generative tasks.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning for 2026 use cases.
- Optimization: Engineer high-performance training pipelines and optimize model inference for edge deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Implement best practices for bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency in AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Model Development: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models, particularly in NLP or Generative AI.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize performance under constraints.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
