Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, robust, and efficient data pipelines and ML infrastructure using cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and optimize inference latency for production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our product suite.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Modeling: Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, Transformers, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues and delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines.
