Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms for next-gen AI systems, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to improve model reasoning and cognitive capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready models.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for deployment in edge devices and large-scale cloud environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or software engineering, specifically with Deep Learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Extensive experience with NLP, Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated track record of publishing research in peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
