We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Architect to define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond. In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering. You will lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that anticipate market needs years in advance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Design and implement hybrid cloud-native solutions leveraging Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
