Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-availability systems capable of integrating with quantum processors and classical AI clusters.
- Roadmap Strategy: Develop the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying key milestones for AI model scaling and quantum error correction.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of neural networks with quantum algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and investors.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with quantum SDKs such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan infrastructure that scales exponentially.
