Responsibilities
- Architect and train next-generation neural networks for high-volume inference.
- Optimize model architectures to meet strict latency and accuracy benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in reinforcement learning and unsupervised learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience deploying models in production environments with high availability.
