Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms with classical neural networks to enhance computational efficiency.
- Define technical roadmaps for AGI safety and alignment protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and PhD researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of system performance under high-load conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX design, to translate research into user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures or quantum computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
