Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research initiatives focused on scalable AI architectures designed for the 2026 market landscape.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across the companyβs product lines, ensuring alignment with future technological trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate research findings into scalable software solutions.
- Patent & Publication: Drive the publication of high-impact research papers and secure patents for proprietary algorithms.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or academic institutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with novel algorithmic approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Ready Mindset: Deep interest in emerging trends, specifically those relevant to the year 2026 and the evolution of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
