Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling 2026-scale data loads and complex neural networks.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing, edge AI, and synthetic data generation.
- Develop and enforce best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and scaling of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate futuristic business requirements into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Establish architectural standards for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainability (XAI) to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science with a focus on large-scale systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability infrastructure.
- Proven experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), or similar cutting-edge AI paradigms.
- Experience implementing ethical AI frameworks and understanding of regulatory compliance in AI (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
