We are building the infrastructure for the metaverse of tomorrow, and we need a technical leader who can bridge the gap between advanced generative AI, spatial computing, and real-time rendering.
In this high-impact role, you will define the technical vision for our flagship spatial product, optimize neural networks for low-latency environments, and mentor a world-class engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for spatial computing environments and AR/VR applications.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into 3D interfaces to enable natural language navigation and interaction.
- Optimize computer vision pipelines to ensure real-time object recognition and gesture tracking.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks such as Unity, Unreal Engine, and PyTorch.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Graphics.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and relevant AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of 3D graphics APIs, computer vision, and spatial data structures.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
