Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives, specifically focusing on breakthroughs anticipated for 2026.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate abstract concepts into tangible, high-impact software products.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in and funding.
- Industry Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in the AI space, including ethical AI, quantum computing integration, and edge AI, to keep our technology competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Proven track record of deploying production-level ML models.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives and industry trends.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
