Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems for Generative AI and NLP applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects.
