Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable, secure, and efficient machine learning systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging AI paradigms and tools.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and AI specialists.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
