Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI and machine learning infrastructure, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, high-performance AI systems capable of handling complex, future-proof workloads with zero downtime.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration, and predictive analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and business units to translate high-level business goals into technical blueprints.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and technical innovation.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, ethical AI usage, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, large language models (LLMs), and neural networks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Tools & Languages: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
