Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the long-term technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and ethical alignment.
- Lead Advanced Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of cutting-edge LLMs and neural networks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and legal teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Technical Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential biases and risks in AI models, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business domains.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
