Responsibilities

- Lead architectural strategy for the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve inference speeds.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure or systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
