Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI systems and machine learning pipelines that power our core product offerings.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, ensuring we stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving inference efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and security protocols for AI deployments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
