Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using Python and Go.
- Architect database solutions that ensure data integrity, high availability, and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of frontend engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system throughput.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend systems.
- Deep expertise in at least one major language (Python, Go, Java, or C++).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra).
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
