Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and conduct technical interviews
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource monitoring
- Develop disaster recovery and security compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS specialization
- Expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, and container orchestration
- Strong background in Python, Go, or similar infrastructure languages
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer required
- Proven experience leading cloud migrations for enterprise clients
- Deep knowledge of security best practices (IAM, VPC, KMS)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience mentoring technical teams in remote environments
