Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture reviews and reserved instance strategies
- Implement robust monitoring with Datadog and CloudWatch
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Document solutions using Confluence and Lucidchart
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go skills for automation scripting
- Certified Solutions Architect Professional (SAP) or equivalent
- Experience with Kubernetes and EKS
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
