Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP/Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and security
- Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical cloud services
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Automate deployment processes using Python/Go/PowerShell
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Proven ability to optimize cloud spend
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
