Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions aligned with business goals
- Maintain robust security posture with AWS WAF, IAM, and GuardDuty
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and drive best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience with 3+ years in cloud architecture
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in Linux systems administration and networking
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro) preferred
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless (Lambda)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
- Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
