Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Lead cloud migration projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD
- Implement security controls (IAM, VPC, KMS) and compliance frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers through virtual pair programming sessions
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders via virtual demos
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure monitoring (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Strong background in DevOps practices and IaC frameworks
- Excellent remote communication skills via Slack, Zoom, and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
