Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead migration strategies for enterprise workloads to cloud-native architectures
- Optimize cloud costs while ensuring 99.99% system availability
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architectural reviews
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Kubernetes
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust network principles
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Expert certification in AWS/GCP or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- Proven track record of managing multi-cloud environments
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE)
- Strong background in security best practices and compliance frameworks
