Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Optimize cloud environments for cost, security, and performance
- Lead migration projects for legacy systems to cloud-native architectures
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Develop monitoring solutions with Prometheus and Grafana
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams on compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
